How Uber Destroyed Its Own Reputation
Uber sent the following nightmarish email to its customers today:
Given the way the company has long been harassed by petty tyrants, I had thought them to be an organization worth defending.
But I guess not.
This message destroys a reputation that the company spent 10 years building.
Behind horrible messaging like this, you find only horrible people.
May every company that speaks like a petty tyrant to its customers go bankrupt. And may such companies be replaced by better ones with the common sense to know who is serving whom.
